Adventures of Amy and Momoh

Last weekend we celebrated our “wedding on deck” party in Denver with friends and family and a whole lot of love. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us! We feel so blessed. The Rockies did NOT know that they needed to win and lost 9-1… but we sure had a great time and even made it on the big screen when I was singing to Momoh and bouncing all over the rockpile during “Hey, Baby!” in the 7th inning stretch!

It’s hard to believe that in just 6 weeks I will be walking down the aisle in a veil that I did not make in Rocktober 2007 for part of a Halloween costume, but in one that matches the dress that makes me twirl – and y’all, it has pockets! That’s all I’m going to say about it because Momoh, despite his efforts to tease us all and see it before the wedding day, does not get to see it until June 20.

The hard part is, we probably won’t get to see each other again for the next month while the wedding prep continues from afar. I’m so lucky to have my family and friends here to help me though, and I know that their love will be part of every moment that makes our big day so special.

As Momoh’s shirt says, we are counting down the moments until “I do” and looking forward to the next 25-to-life with NO parole!

Cheers to 6 weeks and the “I do” we’ve all been waiting for ❤
